Credentia ("we", "us", "our") is an online portfolio tool designed to help medical professionals organise evidence for UK specialist registration applications, including the Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR). The service is operated by Medberry Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified or trainee medical professional to use Credentia. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide โ including your name and GMC number โ is accurate and belongs to you.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We use email-based magic links for authentication; you should not share these links with anyone. Notify us immediately at hello@credentia.pro if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may delete your account at any time from within the application. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your stored evidence data.
You agree to use Credentia only for its intended purpose of organising your own CESR or specialist registration evidence. You must not:
Credentia uses artificial intelligence to help you analyse documents, extract evidence, and generate portfolio content. You acknowledge that:
Credentia offers tools to help redact or anonymise patient-identifiable information from clinical documents. These tools are provided as an aid only. You remain responsible for ensuring that any documents you store, share, or submit comply with your obligations under the UK GDPR, your employer's information governance policies, and GMC guidance on patient confidentiality.
All content you upload to Credentia remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We claim no ownership over your evidence, documents, or portfolio data.
The Credentia platform, branding, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or suspend access in exceptional circumstances. We will give reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
Credentia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, that AI outputs will be accurate, or that the service will meet the requirements of any specific royal college or regulatory pathway.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credentia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to an unsuccessful CESR or specialist registration application. Our total liability to you for any direct losses shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Credentia after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
